Edge AI for Cattle Behavior Monitoring

Tokyo Institute of Technology, Institute of Innovative Research, Nanosensing Research Unit, Ito Lab. I was in charge of the direction of the collar for attaching the 'bovine behavior estimation device' to the neck of the cow, as well as the design and manufacture of the substrate and the software. With this device, it is possible to know not only the location information of the cow, but also the estrous period and various physical conditions. We decided to give shape to the word 'reliability in the near future', and in a slightly rugged form, we installed slightly advanced gadgets such as a flexible solar panel and surface light emitters that indicate the position, as proposed by Sakai Design Associates.
